Team coaching

“No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it”

H.E. Luccock

I support teams to be more productive, resilient and impactful.

Newly formed team?

Established team with a change of focus and delivery requirements?

Under-performing or conflict riven team?

Going through organisational change, merging cultures and responsibilities, or need to clarify/reset the team or Department's purpose?

Whatever the challenge coaching a team as a whole will support improved productivity and results.  Coaching will improve understanding of the challenges of individual roles and working styles, establishing the ground rules of how to be and work together will speed decision-making and delivery, improving productivity and performance.

Conflict within a team can stall projects and de-rail previously high-performing individuals.  Coaching will provide ways to understand, resolve and manage conflict allowing the team to operate with agility and deliver greater impact.

Don’t know where to start, or have started and it’s not going quite to plan?

Then let's talk.

Jackie took over the leadership of the team as it came out of a huge, all-consuming sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic Games, team morale was low. There was an ominous void; a lack of direction and purpose.  A significant global restructure impacted many in the team.

Throughout all this Jackie maintained a clear focus on rebuilding the team to be resilient, motivated and happy. A favourite word at the time was ‘camaraderie’. It served us well.

Jackie coached each member of the team to clearly define, for ourselves and colleagues around us, our place and purpose within the bigger plan. To fully appreciate the value each of us brought to the team. To confidently articulate the value our team brought to the business.

For me personally, Jackie coached me on taking more responsibility and ownership of my career path. An outcome-based approach I’ve been employing ever since.
