Leadership coaching

"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader"

 John Quincy Adams

I support, and challenge, new and established, successful and struggling leaders

to lead more effectively.

Are you starting a new leadership role?

Maybe, leading leaders, a much larger team with far more indirect reports, or no longer managing as a subject expert?

How do you ensure alignment, buy-in to you as a leader?  How do you scale?

Where should you spend your time to have impact? How do you influence? Build trust faster?

Are you a new people manager who needs to define and grow their leadership style?  Being appointed as a manager doesn’t automatically mean you are a leader.

How do you set a vision?

Support the team to work together effectively?

Manager your impact on others?

Leaders that have clarity, listen effectively, are self-aware, manage their impact on others, and have the range to lead across different operational styles will deliver greater results for the organisation growing and retaining the next business stars, and delivering projects to timeline and budget.

We all have a natural style of leadership.  However, whether you are new or experienced in your role you can always develop and extend your range to become a better leader.

Even experienced leaders can get stuck in the same patterns of behaviour that don’t serve their teams or the organisation. To have greater impact and different outcomes you have to do things differently.

If you want to develop your leadership impact then let’s talk.

I started working with Jackie soon after being promoted to a team leader.  I was asked to manage two separate teams based in different regions, totally virtually, becoming the manager of a long-standing colleague, and replace a well-liked long standing manager who was based in the team's location.

If I had a set of scales with self belief on one side, and self doubt on the other, they would always strongly tilt towards self doubt. I had previously dealt with this by working hard, building my expertise and delivering good results.  I worked through the issues, built a plan and felt well prepared. However I was nervous before every call, I felt I was not taking a leadership position and trying too hard to please. I questioned my performance.

It felt like a big step to undertake coaching however having worked with Jackie over the past few months, I feel so much more prepared mentally and emotionally for the challenges I face. She is so easy to speak to, so it is not until the end of the session that you realise how much you have discussed and how in-depth the conclusions are.

Her coaching excellence is backed up by her vast experience of managing in the corporate world, so she can offer the perfect blend of helping you develop your inner core strengths with practical advice on surviving the modern workplace. I could not recommend her more highly.
